My understanding of neuroscience has helped me to see why life is so tough for many managers. I have gathered vast experience through leading many companies and teams in different countries, cultures and continents. This experience has helped me to develop SAIL© methodology. The SAIL© concept facilitates the management of any team, department or company with Ease and thus allowing you to be and remain your Self.
Everything else is based on pressure, feeling bad at work, being at DisEase and becoming a Disease.
My mission and great passion is to change corporate performance by changing the thinking patterns of executive managers and to alter inner corporate culture and energy. Any desired Change must take place INSIDE the company. Before we get tired trying to change the world, maybe we can change ourselves (as a company). The changed INSIDE-OUT attitude will bring the desired altitude. Suddenly, you will perceive everything, all stakeholders, competitors and markets differently.
